Information you provide

A local account stores your email address, display name, password hash, language, currency, and communication preferences. Account creation and changes also store their dates.

A support request stores your name, email, category, subject, message, and submission date. Newsletter signup stores your email and the dates of signup and consent.

Your browser saves

Your cart, wishlist, recently viewed games, and storage, world and motion preferences are kept in this browser. These saves do not sync between devices. Removing site data in your browser removes them. Product edition and account-country choices are kept for the browser session.

An essential session cookie keeps your account session working. It ends with the browser session; the server also limits session duration.

How the information is used

Account information supports sign-in and the settings you choose. Support requests are stored for review. Newsletter choices are recorded, but mailing and support email delivery are not connected yet. No confirmation or marketing email is sent by the current forms.

Payments and platform checks

Checkout does not accept payments or create orders in this preview. No payment card information is stored by the current checkout.

If Steam eligibility checks are enabled through a configured supplier, your Steam login is sent to that supplier for the check. The top-up form never asks for your Steam password. Supplier credentials stay on the server.

Where information is kept

Accounts, newsletter preferences, and support requests are kept in a private server database outside the public website directory. Passwords are stored as hashes. Account sessions use an HTTP-only cookie.

The web server may keep ordinary request logs for operation and troubleshooting. Retention for server records must be set by the site operator before public launch.

Access, changes, and deletion

Update your profile, preferences, or password in Account Settings. You can delete your local account there after confirming your current password. Browser saves are separate and can be removed through your browser’s site-data controls.

Account deletion does not automatically remove separately submitted support requests or newsletter signup records. Use the contact form to record a question about those records. Email delivery and a production request-handling process still need to be configured.

External services and links

Official platform guides open on the platform’s own website, where its privacy rules apply. Product images served by an external image host generate the requests needed to load those images. The current preview includes no advertising or analytics trackers.

Site operator and updates

A legal operator identity and production contact address have not been configured for this preview. The operator must publish those details, its retention rules, and the policies for connected payment and fulfillment services before opening sales.

Using the store

You can browse the catalog, compare product information, save games, review a cart, and create a local account. Purchases, preorders, key delivery, and Steam wallet funding are not active.

Prices and product information

Catalog prices and region labels are preview values. Release dates, artwork, and publisher descriptions are informational. A verified supplier offer must establish the actual price, stock, edition contents, and activation restrictions before a purchase can be offered.

Your account

Choose a password you do not share with other services and keep it private. Enter only your own information. Linked platform sign-in, email verification, password recovery emails, and two-factor authentication are not connected yet.

Local account settings and deletion are available from Account Settings.

Platform content and activation

Game artwork and platform names belong to their respective owners. Redeem a purchased code through its stated platform, using the correct account. The platform’s own terms apply to activation and use of its content.

Before sales open

The operator must publish its merchant identity, contact details, applicable purchase terms, payment conditions, and refund rules before checkout opens. This preview does not create a purchase contract or take a payment.

No purchases are being accepted

Checkout is inactive. This preview does not take payments, deliver activation keys, or create orders eligible for a refund. A saved cart does not place an order.

Rules must be published before checkout opens

The operator must establish the refund process for its actual payment and fulfillment services before sales begin. No refund period, eligibility guarantee, or processing time is promised by this preview.

Purchases from another seller

For a payment or key bought elsewhere, contact that seller using your receipt or order confirmation. This preview cannot access another seller’s payments or orders.

Questions about this site

Record a question through the Help Center contact form. The request is saved privately on this site. Email delivery is not connected, so no confirmation email is sent.

Essential session storage

The KEYSTORESESSID cookie keeps your local account session working. It is HTTP-only and uses SameSite=Lax. On HTTPS it is also marked Secure. The cookie lasts for the browser session; server-side account sessions have additional time limits.

The functional keystore_world cookie remembers the world you choose for up to one year. It contains the world name, with no account information. Removing site data resets this preference.

Browser saves

Local storage keeps your cart, wishlist, recently viewed games, and storage, world and motion choices in this browser. Session storage keeps selected product editions and account-country choices for the current browser session. Clearing the site’s data removes these saves and may sign you out. They are separate from the private account database.

Optional tracking

This preview includes no advertising or analytics trackers. The Essential only and Accept choices record your preference; accepting does not activate an unconfigured tracking service.

Keyboard navigation

Use the skip link to reach the main content. Menus, forms, product controls, and help accordions support keyboard operation. Platform and policy tabs can be navigated with arrow keys, Home, and End.

Motion and readability

The site respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. Animated world scenes also have a pause control. Layouts adapt to narrower screens, and text can be enlarged using your browser’s zoom.

Forms and feedback

Form fields have labels, required information is indicated, and submission feedback is announced to assistive technology. Account, order, and key screens show their actual empty or unavailable state.

Report an accessibility issue

Use the contact form and choose Privacy or accessibility. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, and any browser or assistive technology details that would help reproduce the issue.
